EcoSnap is basically this: You have a used product or package.You use the app to scan the barcode.You recycle the item. By scanning the barcode, you will get EcoPoints. You can spend those EcoPoints on rewards. The more items you scan, the more experience you get, and the more levels you gain. As your level gets higher, you will eventually be given a small discount which grows as you gain more levels. It is a very simple idea which will encourage people to recycle more than they currently do. Recycling is important because we must burn fossil fuels in order to create more of that material. However, if you could just simply use that material again that you have made, then why not use it again? It sounds obvious but it is easier said than done. We want to create a cleaner, greener future. This is one of the many solutions there are to do this out there.
